Winter Heating Season

Dear Residents,

This winter, we all need to think about how to heat our homes. No one should be left out in the cold. Despite recent reductions in some energy prices, many people still need help to get through the cold season. The City of Boston is here to help you find out where you can turn for fuel assistance. Please see this list of Frequently Asked Questions for information about discounted utility rates, city and state programs, home improvement services, and other forms of assistance. And residents can always call my hotline at (617) 635-4500, 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week.
